Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available if the service was not delivered as promised or if there was a significant error in processing.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us at support@veltarion-prime.com within 7 days of receiving your edited photos.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The original payment method will be credited.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for completed orders where the client approved the edits or requested custom changes.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for minor issues that do not affect the overall quality.
Revisions vs Refunds
We encourage requesting revisions before asking for a refund. Most issues can be resolved through editing.
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, we will work with you to find a solution. If unresolved, disputes may be handled by payment providers.
